Ic Oxycodone 5325 Versus Ic Hydrocodone 75500

Dr just changed my pain med from oxycodone 5/325 to Hydrocodone 7.5/500. He says this will cover pain longer. Is this right?

Well, from my information, this isn't necessarily true. It is an equivalent dosage, but they are usually take at exactly the same intervals to help control pain.

Side effects are also the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.

Has he ever had you try a time released medication?
