This contains Codeine, a narcotic that is sometimes used to help relieve coughing and Guaifenesin, a decongestant. That said, doubling up on the dosage can be dangerous, this should only be used according to your doctor's prescribing instructions.
Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
