APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen, the other ingredients in this tablet are Butalbital and Caffeine, this is a generic for Fioricet. This is commonly used to treat migraine and tension headaches, but can also be prescribed for other types of pain.

The cost of Butyl Apap has risen X 3! This is crazy. Does anyone know if this is a supply and demand problem and is it likely to reverse itself? Is it the manufacturer or the pharmacies?
