I recently started taking ibilex 500 for a skin irritation (possibly a bite) I started taking it 3-4 days ago and suddenly I have developed red itchy bumps on my ankles I have one on my right and 4 on my left... Could this be a possible side effect?

No, while antibiotics may cause a rash as a side effect, both it and an allergic reaction would be over most of your body, not localized like that. Other typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and diarrhea.
Where was the skin irritation, or bite? The bumps could be related to that. Have you had your doctor look at them?
