Iam Using Ovacare For 20 Days Am I Pregnant

i have started using ovacare from feb 22 2014 but i got my last period date is feb 14 2014,i missed my period for about 6 days ..is there any chance to conceive for this month..

hi,im 20 yrs old,married.i have irregular period. the doctor priscribing ova care A and B tablet.this tablet is starting from sep 30.my period date is oct 15.i missed periodfor about 4 days.so..is this any chance to pregancy
