Technically, any doctor that can prescribe medications could prescribe it. However, what type of doctor you need depends on why you need to take it.

Are you looking for addiction treatment, or pain management?

Thanks for responding to my my chat.. It would be for pain mgnt. I have tryed both but just to see myself what worked. I have migraines and other things that hurts and instead of getting on major pain meds I would rather take subutex. If you can help me find somebody, I would greatly appericate it. Thank

Hi I have been an addict for 10+ years and have tried several different treatment programs and I was prescribed Subutex about 2yrs ago and it saved my life. I can't take Suboxone due to a bad allergy . This month my dr flipped my world upside down and said he couldn't prescribe me Subutex and gave me Suboxone . Which I cannot take . What can I do . Please help
