I Was On Loprin 75 Twice A Day

For past 10 years , I am advised to take Loprin 75 , twice a day.
However , for a fortnight this medicine is out of stock in all close by shops.
What alternate medicine can be suitable.

Loprin contains a time released formulation of Aspirin, so you can use any medication that also contains a time released formulation of it, without any other added ingredients.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
