I Want To Get Off Lycria

i have been on lycria for over 8yrs i have trouble with my weight and i have osteoarthritis, i need to get my weight off and i want to get of these tablets i have nerve damage in my neck , i get a lot of swelling on my hands fingers feet and legs,how do i wean myself of these tablets,i dont like what i am reading on them, i suffer from dizziness, headaches and i have been suffering vertigo feeling like i am drunk off balance and walking into things,.which now i think maybe caused through these tablets

NIH studies warn that this medication may cause these types of side effects, since Lyrica/Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant. Other side effects may include headache, nausea, and mood swings.

As to weaning yourself off, it usually best to do that very slowly, to prevent the risk of seizures, and rebound effects.

What dosage are you taking? Are you on any other medications?
