Sinus pressure and muscle spasms can be a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness and administration site irritation.
However, such side effects are usually transient and tend to go away, with time, as your body gets used to the medication. If they do not, or they get severe, you should consult your doctor.
