Hello, Chris! How are you?
If it was only for 2 days, there's not likely anything to worry about, but you should inform your doctor to be sure.
However, it is often dosed in amounts as high as 200mgs a day. If you were only supposed to take 25mgs, then you should just drop back to that, now.
The FDA classifies this medication as an SSRI and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain.
