I took 15 milgrams of methadone after not taking any in over 2 years am I ok to take a piece of a suboxson

The answer to this may be different for each individual (as far as how long to wait), but if it were me I'd probably try to wait 3 days for methadone to be excreted, due to it's long half-life. Other patients on here may feel differently though.

Based on your situation I have a feeling you'll be alright to take suboxone sooner than later, but if in doubt I would still encourage you to contact your prescribing doctor first, just to be on the safe side.
