I took a 50 milligram of nantrexone and am in a really bad withdraw what can I do? Please help me

Did your doctor instruct you to take that much?

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate blocker, so if you aren't already in full withdrawal when you take it, it can throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. You may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and possibly seizures.

The best thing to do would be to seek medical attention.
