i took 5 blues ( valium ) last night and have urine drug test in 7 days will it show up in the test and will they fail me for having vallium in my urine, or can i tell the truth and say i had to take them as there was a death in my family to calm me down or will they not care

Valium contains the active ingredient Diazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and they can be detectable in urine for approximately 6 weeks after last use.

As to the test, it depends on whether or not you have a prescription for them. If you do, then yes, you just need to inform them of that. However, if you don't, then they aren't likely to care why you took them.

I am, however, very sorry for your loss.

But if I'm tested for zanex but I also have .5mg yellow Valium in my system with no prescription. I take a five panel urine test. My question is will they both just fall under the benzos family? I'm I safe?

I am so grateful that I do not have to take drug tests anymore. I was being drug tested randomly for my methadone clinic, po, family court, etc. I love that it is all behind me and if I need to take something blegally or illegally, I can. There is nothing worse than stressing over drug screens. Hallelujiah! To all of u going through this, keep your head up and your nose clean and u will have nothing to worry about.
