I Take Simvastitin Metformin Hcl And Lisinopril Have Vomited Yellow Fluid My Sleep As Well When Am Awake Also Had Diareah

I am taking metformin HCL, Simvastitin and Lisinopril which of these are making Me vomit yellow fluid while sleeping and awake and having diareah

Have you been taking them all on an empty stomach? That could have something to do with the vomiting.

As to the diarrhea, the Metformin can sometimes cause that.

Have you consulted your doctor about the issue?
