Hi Ravi,

There are many different types of sleeping pills on the market that are available over-the-counter as dietary supplements and/or in the form of herbal remedies - commonly found at natural health food stores.

Supplementing with melatonin is one viable option, but there are others such as essential oils (i.e. lavender), which can be great for helping a restless body/mind relax at night.
