Because each individual pill carries a specific imprint, there's no easy way to find something that resembles one another that closely; even at a glance. You either know it's suboxone/subutex or you don't based on the imprint and what you're used to receiving from the pharmacy.
Why don't you just be up front and honest with your mom? She's not going to report an honest son to his doctor is she? Sounds to me like she just wants to help her son keep things on track so you don't continue taking more than prescribed. And seeing how patients like to abuse these meds, that's a nice gesture on her part; in my opinion.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
