I Need A Doctor In Jackson Tn That Prescribes Methadone

My current pain treatment doctor is getting out of the program and I am looking for a new doctor in Jackson tn area that prescribes methadone. I have Radiculopathy in my cervical, Thorassic, & lower lumbar from a car wreck in 2010. I am getting older and trying to find something closer to Savannah tn.
