Hello, Kay! How are you?
Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require controlled substances for long-term ongoing treatment of pain, you'll need to see a specialist, a general practice doctor will no longer be able to prescribe them for you.
Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.
Can anyone recommend a god doctor in that area?
