There are several issues that could cause this, as listed by the NIH, including an allergic reaction, sun exposure or various medications.
Are you on any medications? Do you have any diagnosed medical conditions? Are you allergic to anything? Have you beed out in the sun a lot, recently?
Have there been any recent changes to your diet or activity levels?
