Hello, Gabby! How are you? Are you still having diarrhea?
Not all viruses cause a fever and, depending on what's causing it, an antibiotic could make the diarrhea even worse, since that's one of their typical side effects. The FDA lists the others as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and non-allergic skin rash.
I caught a nasty stomach bug last October, but had no fever, even though I had a lot of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It took 3 weeks to fully recover.
Have you tried anything else to help stop the diarrhea? You should have this checked out to find out for sure what's going on.
