Hi betty lou,

I have identified pill imprint M365 as Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate- It contains (325 mg) of Acetaminophen and (5 mg) of Hydrocodone. The closest match I've identified in regards to pill imprint M368 is a white pill with the imprint M363; it contains (500 mg) of Acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Hydrocodone. Both pills are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.

Based on my research, Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone combinations with 5 mg of hydrocodone are given 1 to 2 doses every 4 to 6 hours, up to 8 doses per day. Combinations that contain (7.5 mg) or (10 mg) of hydrocodone are given once every 4 to 6 hours, up to 5 or 6 doses per day (depending on how much acetaminophen they contain). The maximum recommended dosage of Acetaminophen in a 24 hr period is (4,000 mg).

Remember, you should only take these pills as directed. Do not take more than what a medical professional has prescribed to you- or it could result in a fatal overdose. I hope the information is helpful, do you have any more questions?

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Vicodin Details
