2-7 days approximately. i dont think it matters that you havent taken it in a long time and actually i think it will stay in your system a bit longer compared to if you were to take it on a semi regular basis because now it is "foreign" substance that your body wants to "study" if that makes sense. or who knows, maybe im wrong. maybe it will come out faster, but the rule of them for opiates is about 3 days from the point you took your last dose
