I get acute pain in my both leg fingers it occurs randomly, and it really hurts and continues for 24-36 hours. Than it settles down on it's own without any medication. I dont get it often, but when i get the pain it hurts me. I get this pain just on a single finger on a single leg not both together. Sometime it get kind of red below my feet and it pains if i press. Please le me know what can cause this kind of pain
