i have used ant abuse for 5 years and am now told it has been discontinued what can i do

From what I've read, Antabuse (Disulfiram) has been discontinued in Canada as well as some other countries, due to a lack of demand. You could try contacting the manufacturer about putting it back on the market, and encourage others to do so as well. The more demands they get, the more they'll probably be more apt to reconsidering its production once more.

Unfortunately there's not much else you can do in situations like this, other than asking your doctor about other similar alternatives for your condition. It certainly shouldn't be the only drug of its class out on the market, is it?
