I have a petition against Actavis Pharmaceutical for distributing bad Oxycodone. I called Actavis on the phone and they claim that the formula is the same. I was told by a reliable source that the formula has changed along with more fillers and binder included. Please let me know if you want to find my petition on Change.org. The heading will read ACTAVIS pharmaceuticals: STOP SELLING OXYCODONE AS A PLACEBO PILL TO CHRONIC PAIN SUFFERERS! Stop lining the pockets of Actavis Pharmaceutical! Thank you

My posts state true factual & helpful information & my factual experiences to hopefully help all Pain Victims. I suppose this site is to gauge Public Outcry & Collect Data. My posts basically calls for the Compound Analyzation from a Privately Owned Compound Analyzation Laboratory not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company be contacted & victims of these medications can stop their abusing us with these inferior pain medications. I posted the names of 5 companies that have supplied my pharmacies with inferior meds to help inform victims of this scam.

Please give us a link to this "BIO SIMULATORS" the chemical structure that visually & markably mimicked that of the oxycodone molecule must be retained & to not use the the sine as a base to make this a ( K ) Japan agonist is no doubt true but this does not make it a bio stimulator, I'm sorry today I would only hope to believe this is not correct & that your intel is a Lil cloudy, oxycodone was first developed & used in 1916 actually by a German chemist to try & create an alternative to that of morpine & or it's newly developed dark friend I think all you be known as in this time of age, being pure opiates which was more prevalent in the modern day medicine cabinet thanks to Bayer, yep your very own maker of aspirin, which if I take, I will take it in it's natural form which is willow bark extract. I'm not saying that there's not something going on w/ big brother & all it pharmaceutical companies but please do enlighten us where we can view this info you speak of, I think MANY folks on this thread would appreciate this, I myself would that's for sure & being this being a discussion on the validity of ones brand of oxycodone this should be seen by all. I did study organic chemistry but this would grab the attention of a person with even a low education, so once more PLEASE, post a link so we may read of this FDA approved so called fake oxycodne simulator. Thanks for bringing this topic to the table, I think w/ the addition to the link of your alleged info, lots more would get involved, actually posting it here and in a new thread all by its own but don't not post it here either. @Tony,

This may not go for everyone, but from what I've been reading in a lot of the discussion threads here, KVK tech doesn't appear to have any better feedback than Actavis with regards to side effects and overall efficacy.

In my opinion, finding the brand with the least amount of negative reviews is probably the one that's worth going for. I personally found that to be a close call between Mallinckrodt and Qualitest, but I know others may feel differently based on their own individual experience.

It might also be a good idea to take some time out and browse through a few of the oxycodone threads here, to see what the majority of people are saying about other manufacturers that weren't already mentioned, such as Mylan or Purdue.

watson has been bought by actavis - now actavis is undercutting any other generic . so all pharmacies are buying it - i don't know if any other generic is available - actavis is waiting for FDA approval to market a drug that is following Purdue's formula which prevents drug from being effective when broken down, chewed, etc. like they have done with Oxycontin - in the meantime FDA has allowed them to market it in the meantime - but this should not effect the drug when taken properly - believe me, i have done my research on this - i have also called actavis and talked and talked to them - they supposedly took all my information down - it was a circle and i ended back at customer service and it took 2 hours - i finally asked to be transferred to the president or CEO of company and of course they wouldn't do that - i have his name and will be right back with it - chincoteague

Having problems with this Mfg. also tried to return the pills to the pharmacy and they said I was the only complaint. Then he told me that if at least 3 people reported it then they would submit it to the FDA so Please tell your pharmacy so we can get the a333 off the shelf.....

The Actavis oxycodone has also caused me to develop an ulcer. This is why I created a petition against Actavis. My petition is on change.org Its been a while since Ive seen it because I couldn't get any signatures but Im sure its still there and I will work hard to find it because Actavis percocet not only caused me an ulcer but it doesn't do anything for my pain. Watson worked for five years and now Actavis took over and added some drug abuse deterrent formula. This is why people are overdosing and dying because if they cant get pain relief from the doctor they will resort to H and other illicit drugs.

WOW!! I'm not crazy. My pain has been so much more often!! Friends and family ask WHAT THE DIFFERENCE is. I Wonder how LONG these ABUSERS/PAIN INFLICTORS, have been doing this to me. I'm ready 4 emergency room w/gastro issues, pelvic girdle EXTRA PAIN, much LESS ABLE/ACTIVE, MORE DEPRESSED & BLAMING ME(myself), GOING INSANE CRYING , trying to get to church as much as B4 IM SO HURT AND ANGRY . Today's pharmaceutical companies that make oxycodone are getting worse and worse
I BELIEVE IT'S BECAUSE OUR GOVERNMENT GIVES THEM PERMISSION TO CORRUPT THE PROCESS ---- Which in turn profits these companies greater
I'm having trouble with many different makers
None is exempt

It would prove more profitable to find what new laws state and federal were enacted to allow these companies to make fake drugs

Unless its posted on the bottle there is no deterrent. My bottle says nothing. Also you could have gotten an ulcer from pain, stress, foods, other meds and on and on. Maybe your tolerance went up and they just don't work as well. YOU DO KNOW there is always more than one possible answer. You people all sound crazy. I have been on pain meds for years and years. Your body adjusts, changes, builds tolerances, etc etc. Why is it so easy to blame the best drug you get? Maybe no more euphoria. You know that you are exaggerating just a little if not a lot! Pain meds are not supposed to make you feel high! Maybe the first week and then you're chasing it. That's what you all sound like. When I was 20 I sounded like all of you people. I would love to see the ages of all the people who are making a big deal out of the BIG BAD PAIN MEDICINE COMPANIES! They don't sell their drugs if they don't put DRUGS into the product. Plus they'd break the LAW in all countries. WAKE UP PEOPLE. You have changed more than your drugs - i.e. tolerance, change of food, weight, other meds...
