Hi Ragini,
Sorry to hear about your situation. That sounds like it's probably pretty painful. From what I've researched, Tranexamic Acid (Trapic MF) is marketed for its use in treating and preventing 'bleeding problems'. So if your cyst is haemorrhagic (one that is bleeding) then it would make sense to me why your doctor prescribed this medication. You should be able to trust your doctor, that what he/she prescribed is appropriate for the said condition. That's what their job is as a doctor, to suggest and/or provide you with proper treatment after a diagnosis. However, depending on what caused the cyst to begin with, it seems to me like it may also be a good idea to see if there's anything you can do in your day to day lifestyle to help promote its healing (i.e. not eating or drinking certain foods/liquids that can irritate it as they pass though your body). Your doctor might be able to make some suggestions on that end as well.
