I Had To Move State Get Away From An Abusive Boyfriend That A Drug Problem And Stole My Medication Need Be Able Work

With out a job how to I get my adderall and zanex so I can get back to work with out having panic attacks? It is still going to take another 13 months for my disability appeal. The depression and not being able to focus is pretty intense. I went inpaient a few time and they perscribed me a bunch of differnt meds i ended up staring at the wall drolling on myself then having siezures. I just need the meds i was on before i was beaten by my ex so I can get back to work. I think once I am doing something productive the depression will go away in time.

Hi Katherine,

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation. One thing I would recommend looking into are what's called "patient assistance programs". Various manufacturers offer these programs to patients who meet certain criteria (such as low-income); so it may be worth filling out an application just to see if you get approved? I don't know if they cover the entire cost of your script(s), but perhaps your doctor or local pharmacy would have more specific details on that.

Another idea is to utilize prescription drug savings cards like the one MedsChat offers here: RX Savings Card

Just print out that card and take it with you whenever you go to fill your prescription and see what type of discount they can give you.
