I took test today at a lab. i did instant test in a cup 6 panel. it came back negative but i had xanxa in my system..what i need to know is they are sending to lab to get tested i believe 30 panel the guy said. will the xanax show up then?

I took xanax 1 1/2 months ago I had 1 drug test that was negative then 2 weeks later I had a drug test that was positive can xanax do that
