Well, what you are experiencing is a normal withdrawal symptom.

We aren't medical professionals and only a doctor at said hospital could decide whether or not you require admission.

If the symptoms are very bad or worsen, then yes, you should go to your nearest ER, as some withdrawal effects can be very dangerous, possibly deadly.
