Hi VK, THE medicine doesn't have that much to do with your age, it's has to do with your illness, or in your case BP.
THIS IS REALLY A MATTER TO TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR.
IF YOUR having weird side effects that you don't like, tell him, some people react to different brands, maybe u just need to try a different manufacturers of NO meds.
Dry mouth and heavy urination is common with BP MEDS.
If you are overweight, just dropping your weight and watching your sodium ( salt) intake.
Any food that r promenade, are going to be high in salt.
Start walking that helps too.
Sorry you have to with this, you r pretty young to have HIGH BP.
there are some things you can do that could get you off the meds all together.
The most is weight loss and diet. No / low salt.
Google the name of your meds, then read side effects.
Then Google how to control BP thru diet.
Read that.
But don't stop taking this till you talk to your dr.
