Hypercon 25 Mg

If taking 25 mg of hypercon how many times per day? Would 1 pill in the morning be sufficient on a 130lb 5'5" women?

Based on my research, Hypercon and the medication Straterra are very similar. I've heard of others on the site being given this medication instead of Straterra because the Hypercon became too expensive.

Here's some dosing information for Straterra:

Dosing of children/adolescents over 150 pounds body weight and adults:

The recommended starting dose for Straterra is (40 mg) per day. The dose may be increased after a minimum of 3 days to reach a daily dose of approximately (80 mg) which is administered either as a single daily dose in the morning or as evenly divided doses in the morning and late afternoon/early evening

Dosage should only be increased if necessary. Before taking this medication you should speak with your doctor, as dosages are also based on your personal medical history, weight, your current medications, and other important factors.
