Hyperacidity & Acid Reflux In Throat.

I am a 28 years old man suffering from hyperacidity & acid reflux in throat. (last 4 month) so pls. surges me How can I get rid of acidity forever?

Have you tried taking any medications to rectify the problem? There are many antacids available, according to NIH reports, and they can be very helpful for such an issue.

Other problems that are listed by the NIH as possibly contributing include spicy foods, acidic foods, caffeine and alcohol. What does your normal diet consist of?

Do you take any medications regularly?
