Hyospasmol And Losec Drug Indications

I'm taking hyospasmol and losec and want to know what they are used for? I went for scopes several times and don't know my diagnosis. I'm always vomiting and have bad stomach pains.

These medications are used to improve intestinal motility and to reduce the amount of stomach acid that you produce.

The U.S. FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, flatulence, and stomach pain.
