Sankyo Pharma lists this tablet as being a Benicar HCT, which contains 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 40mgs of Olmesartan. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and some cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
