Hydromorphone Hcl 4mg

i would love to know if I can still take it now or is itexpired and will harm me or wont work like whats gona happen happen if I take I have had it since 2008 sep4 and they are 4mg on the top pms on the bottom please let me know

Found some old hydro's myself recently(from 2011) and the effect was the same as the ones I'm taking now(New script, 2015). Don't think they will lose much potency or become toxic, btw mine have a 4 on top and a P on the bottom. Hope this helps.
