Hydromorphone Drug Screen

I take hydromorphone 4 mg tabs, my question is if I crush them and inject them will it show something different on a drug screen?

You will test positive for hydromorphone on a urine drug screen, conditional on the fact that hydromorphone is the only substance you have taken (i.e If you smoked marijuana you will obviously test positive for that as well). This is due to the substance on the drug panel that you are ingesting, no matter what route of administration you take, it is still chemically hydromorphone. Hope this helps!
