The pill which you are describing marked M357 is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 5 mg).

I was unable to locate a pill with the marking V 524. based on my previous findings, this seems like an incomplete marking. I would suggest double checking it and posting back so I can be of better assistance.
