If you are only taking 5mls, then 90mls should last for 18 doses, which if taken every 4 hours would be 3 days and 4.5 days if taken every 6 hours, but you should be aware that from what you've listed the full dose is in 15mls, not 5mls.
In that case, if you were taking 15ml, it would be just 6 doses.
As to how long it should last, going by days, that depends on how it's been prescribed, if it's on an 'as needed' basis, then the prescribing doctor may expect it to last longer than those time frames.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
