Hydrocodone L544 Help?

I found two of these is my Sons room when he was doing homework, and I'm not sure what they are, can these make u feel high? or is it just Tylenol?

This just contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, it is available over the counter and is used to treat pain and fever. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache.
