one of the side effects that I'm experiencing is my voice or losing my voice. is there any side effects that affect your voice when speaking

Usually, it's due to the fact that this medication can cause dry mouth and dry throat, as a side effect, which can make it seem that you're losing voice, or sounding hoarse.

The FDA also warns that this is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Many people have found that frequently sipping water, or sucking on mints/candies can help.

However, if nothing helps alleviate it, you should consult your doctor.
