Hydrocodone How Long In System

I took 120 mg of hydrocodone on a Sat. around 6pm at one time
I took 50 mg of hydrocodone the following sunday morning (i.e.next day) at one time
I took 90 mg of hydrocodone following tuesday at around lunch at one time
I took 37.5 mg of hydrocodone same tuesday night at the same time. How long will this stay in my body which = 297.5 mg over the 4 day period?

So to measure the time it would take your body to metabolize the hydrocodone, you'd want to go mostly off when your final dose was. Hydrocodone on average has an elimination half life of just under 4 hours, which means that within 18 hours or so, it should be metabolized completely.

That being said, measuring hydrocodone levels in the body is a different matter. Levels can reside in your body for up to 10 days if the individual was consistently taking doses over time. This also depends on which method is being used to take the measurement. Based on your sporadic doses I would reason that the maximum times should not apply here. I hope this helps! I took 5. 7.5 lortab or norco not sure which one on sunday of last week. Will it still be working in my system today? It has been 7 days counting sunday when they were taken.... thanks
