Hydrocodone / Homatropine Dosage For Child

How many tablespoons of hydrocodone/homatropine 5-1.5 mg/mL (out of 90 mL) do I give to my 7 year old child, weighing 65lbs?

Please do not give any to a child, unless it has been prescribed for them, and if it has, please follow the dosing instructions. It is usually dosed by teaspoon, not tablespoon, a tablespoon, or more would be way too much, and could cause an overdose.

This medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
