Hydrocodone Chlorpheniram Susp (tussinex): Where To Find In Nicaragua

I am taking 5ml. daily, at bedtime for post nasal drip, COPD, reflux (all of which causes chronic coughing.) I am out of my medication and cannot seem to find it in Nicaragau. Do you know of any international pharmacies that can mail this prescription to me? I really need this medicine and am not doing well without it.
