This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen!

This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol.

Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available.

Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.
