Hi, you are talking about 2 different pills here:

M362 is equivalent to Vicodin HP and contains Acetaminophen 660 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg.

M363 is equivalent to a Lortab and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg.

Both are narcotic pain relievers and should be taken with care.
