Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic analgesic, so it may cause some nausea, but not usually cramping and diarrhea. It actually usually causes constipation as a side effect.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
