hydrocodone-apap 10mg/325mg pale yellow tablet... I would like to know if this drug could cause itching?

Yes, Hydrocodone can cause itching. Its called puritis, and is a very common side effect of the medication.

That is correct, narcotics can cause itching in some people as a side effect, however, there is also another way it could be causing it and that would be if you are allergic to something in it.

Have you consulted your doctor? In such cases, it is very important to discuss it with your doctor to determine if it is a side effect, or due to being allergic to something in the tablets.

I have been taking for the last 2 months Alvogen round yellow, side 1 230, side 2 logo. It has been losing the color to faint yellow and changing shape as if it has been in water, why? They are not as strong as when they come out of the bottle. I keep them in a metal pill box in my purse as I have always. I used to get they from Watson and never had a problem. What is causing them to change color and shape?????

Yep. Its a dead giveaway. My daughters notice it right away. Im not trying to hide it, but it is annoying that I itch my nose habitually and my family notices. ugh.

If it is made by Watson or Rhodes yes it can because of the fillers they use. They try to tell you that the generics are the same a Brand names but if they don't have the same formula and procedures that Percocet does then there will be a variance. After years of testing, clinical and paying the FDA $500,000 you don't think they are going to give someone there formula do you. A drug only holds a patent for 10 years and no other company can make a duplicate until then.
