I'm sorry, but you can't even convert between the two, they are nowhere even close to being the same in efficacy.

The best suggestion I can make is to call your doctor and see what they suggest you do.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

150 mg tramadol is way better than 1,2,3, or 4 hydros in duration and overall feeling

What??? I get 60 50mg Tramadol a month. I get 180 7.5 hyrdrocodone a month. I would answer her "I don't know, maybe if you have 4 full bottles of Tramadol you might feel the effect of 3 Tylenol 3, or maybe 2 1/2 Tylenol 4, but Codones, in my long experience, only help when you need raise from hydro to oxy to oxydontin (dilaudid).

Seriously, again. If your Tramadol and Codone drug are being you refused to as both together, I'd get a hold of your doctor. I haven't a clue as to what setting or type of situation you see your doctor(s) in, mine are all seen at the hospital.
