Hydrocodone And Blood Pressure Pills (amlodipine + Lisinopril)
UpdatedI took blood pressure medication and vitamins at 6:30 and now it's 9:20 pm. When can I take my Norco for my pain?

What blood pressure medication are you taking?
There shouldn't be a need to separate them, but without knowing what medication is involved, I can't say for sure.
The FDA warns that Norco carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
