If so, this tablet was manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a dosage that is no longer available, since the maximum dose of Acetaminophen in them now has been lowered to no more than 325mgs.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
